00. GENERAL INFO & ETTIQUETTE.
01. You are welcome to contact me with any concerns or questions you may have.
02. I am not responsible if you lose any images I send you.
03. I have mild dyslexia. Please take this in mind when sending me any information.
04. I will not engage in any transactions with accounts that are less than a month old and/or do not have icons unless I know you from other social media.

02. ARTWORK RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP.
01. When uploading a design or artwork by me to Toyhou.se, please credit my on-site account @miynn.
02. You are allowed to repost commissioned artwork to other social media sites, with credit to my DeviantArt, @miynn.
03. You can use your commissioned artwork as profile pictures, headers, page decoration, etc. Preferably with visible credit to any of my social media.
04. You may not claim the artwork as your own.
05. My commissions are not for commercial use.
06. Unless you request for your commission to remain private, I will upload it to my own accounts.

01. PAYMENT & REFUNDS.
01. Payment is required upfront. I will not start your commission until you have paid.
02. All of my commissions are PWYW.
03. Payments will be through PayPal invoice with no exceptions.
04. If you do charge-backs, especially without notifying me about wanting a refund, you will go on a permanent black-list.

03. ORDERING & PROCESS.
01. Please use the form when ordering, with no exceptions.
02. I only accept image references that are in good quality. You may link to a TH page, or a full body character reference. I do not accept written references.
03. The to-do list doesn't reflect queue/work order. For creative purposes and to stop getting burnt out, I alternate between the pieces.
04. The delivery time itself may vary from a day to a month.
05. Please only contact me if your order has not been delivered after one month.
06. I am willing to edit the image after it is finished, but I won't redraw it unless you are willing to pay a fee.

00. ADOPTABLES.
01. Please only comment under the specific adopt to claim. Any notes/DMs regarding claiming will be ignored, regardless of timeframe.
02. You must be 18+ to buy my adopts through Paypal, and you must use your own. You may have a friend buy an adopt for you, but this automatically becomes a trade and the adopt cannot be resold.
03. Please check the specific adopt if I am available to do holds. Generally, if you are are a previous customer of mine, you are welcome to hold up to two weeks.
04. You must have the money on hand or be sure that you will have it when you claim my adoptables.
05. Please let me know if the adopt changes owners or otherwise have a transparent ownership log of the character.

03. SELLING & TRADING.
01. A design cannot be sold for more than its monetary worth.
02. Personal art IS included in the total worth, so long as you're reasonable. E.g. your thigh-ups are worth $20, so the worth increases by $20.
03. You may co-own my design with a max of one other user if you would like, but the person who bought the design has full rights over it.
04. You can gift and trade my adopts, however, traded and gifted adopts can be only traded or gifted.
05. If you have gained one of my designs completely free (via trading) from me you may not sell them, regardless on if you have had gotten commissions for them.
06. You may not raffle my designs off or use them as prizes.
07. My adopts cannot be traded for vouchers, such as money related gift cards, virtual currency or subscriptions, ect.

01. OWNERSHIP.
01. Ownership is only effective after the payment [monetary, goods, etc.] has been completed.
02. Once the character is in your possession, I hold no rights over the character. However I do have rights over the original artwork / reference they may have come with.
03. Crediting me @miynn on Toyhou.se is obligatory.
04. You are not allowed to apply your own selling rules onto my designs. E.g. "character must return to me if reselling or trading" or "do not sell/trade to x person" is not permitted.
05. Twin and clone characters are not permitted without explicit permission.
06. You are NOT welcome to use my designs for any hate speech, or illegal content - racism, pedophilia, etc.
07. Do not steal, copy, clone or heavily reference my designs.
08. My designs are not for commercial use.

02. EDITS & REDESIGNS.
01. Any edits to my designs are accepted. Moderate edits can be made so long as the design remains recognizable.
02. Feral/Furry versions of my designs are not allowed.
03. Even after edits are made, I must still be credited as the original designer, however you can add additional credit for the re-design.
04. PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL FILE. You can have it hidden, so long as a copy of the original is accessible to any potential future owners.

04. BLACKLIST.
01. Willingly breaking these rules or repeat offenses will lead to blacklisting.
02. It will be a permanent ban.
03. I have the right to list these users publicly and with no reason. You may check the blacklist here.

01. My codes are for personal use only. They may not be used for profit or otherwise be resold or be used in paid commissions.
02. You are not to remove my credit/a link to my profile from any of my codes. You may move it, but it must be visible.
03. Do not redistribute any of my codes, nor claim as your own.
04. You are not welcome to use my codes outside of Toyhou.se unless given explicit permission to do so.
05. When using, keep WYSIWYG off or else the code will break. Enable code editor as well in your display settings.
06. You may edit and/or change the code to your heart's content as long as credit remains visible. However your edits are your responsibility.
07. You are welcome to reference my codes or be inspired by my codes, but you are not welcome to blatantly copy or have it be visually similar (as in, it looks basically the same).
08. Frankenstiening my codes with others is not allowed unless it's something akin to adding a full screen background, a page doll, ect.
